By accessing or using BonziWORLD ("BW"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Anonymous Use

• BW does not use accounts.
• Users participate by choosing a display name.
• Display names are not verified and do not represent real identity.
• You are solely responsible for the name you choose and all activity conducted under it.
• BW may log technical data (including IP addresses) for abuse prevention, moderation, security, and legal compliance.
• BW is not responsible for impersonation conducted by other users.

2. Age Requirements

• If you are under 13 years of age, certain features may be restricted.
• By using BW, you represent that you meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.
• BW does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law.
• Users are responsible for complying with all local age-related regulations.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not use BW to distribute content that is illegal in the United States, the United Kingdom, or your local jurisdiction.
• You may not harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm any individual, organisation, or property.
• You may not distribute child sexual abuse material, scams, fraud, or malicious software.
• You may not distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization.
• You may not distribute obscene material, including explicit nudity (real or illustrated) or extreme gore.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, exploit, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.

4. User-Generated Content

BW allows user-generated content including images, audio, custom skins, and scripts.

• You are solely responsible for any content you upload, share, or execute.
• BW does not pre-screen, monitor, or guarantee the safety of all content.
• Due to the anonymous nature of the Service, enforcement may be limited.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BW and its operators from any claims arising from content you share.

5. High-Risk Rooms ("desanitize")

• Certain rooms may allow the sharing of scripts or executable content.
• Scripts shared by users may be unsafe, malicious, or damaging.
• You enter such rooms entirely at your own risk.
• BW makes no warranty regarding the safety, security, or functionality of user-submitted scripts.
• BW is not liable for any damage to devices, data loss, or security compromise resulting from user-shared scripts.

6. Enforcement & Reporting

• BW reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, mute, shadowban, or permanently block access at its sole discretion.
• BW may take action without prior notice.
• If illegal content is identified, BW may forward available technical information to appropriate authorities as required by law.
• Moderation decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

7. No Warranty

BW is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

BW does not guarantee uptime, availability, accuracy, reliability, or security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BW and its owners, administrators, moderators, affiliates, and operators shall not be liable for:

• User behavior or user-generated content
• Damages arising from interactions with other users
• Loss of data, security breaches, or malicious scripts
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Assumption of Risk

You understand that BW may contain offensive, controversial, experimental, or unpredictable content. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BW and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Service operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

BW reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
